We always make some inserts in the mold. I would like to show you why we make the inserts.
, For venting. especially some deep ribs.
, convenent processing. Some mold structures are very complex, and the processing time is long and time-consuming, so the overall processing risk is high.

,material savings and get more benefits.
, improve efficiency, after disassembly can be processed in multiple ways (simultaneous processing), to get better time to reach working hours.
, easy to polish, This should be well understood, the mold is uneven, the structure is strange, the polishing corners will be ignored, it will be difficult to polish in place.

, interchange requirements.
, convenient mold modification. If the product settings are changed, the mold is easy to modify and replace, there is no need to make a new set of mold.
8. Heat dissipation. You can use beryllium copper as an insert. Also avoid very narrow places with poor heat dissipation, and isolate them separately to prevent poor material circulation and lead to product failure.
, guarantee precision. it needs to be ground to make it more accurate.
