If the surface of the products is yellowed and there are frequent flecks of coke, the expansion Angle of the diverging cone in the mould may be large, resulting in high material flow resistance.There may be a stagflation zone in the mould material flow passage cavity, and the material flow is not smooth.There is a foreign body in the lumen of the channel.
If the longitudinal groove of the surface of the product is not interrupted, foreign matter may be stuck in a part of the channel cavity, and the finalization part may have scratch marks, burrs or severe abrasion rough surface.
