How to use injection mold correctly?

Injection mold is the key of the injection molding equipment, such as the quality of the mould change, such as position, forming the surface become rough, shape change, clamping surface contact is lax, etc., will affect the quality of plastic parts, therefore, the operator must pay attention to proper use of the mold.

1) before work should check the mold parts, dirt and other impurities, the viscosity of attachment in the mould material, impurities and dirt, etc., with a clean cotton swab, attached to the cell adhesion material application scraper to remove copper, so as not to damage the mould surface.

(2) injection mould clamping force can not be too high, generally will be subject to no flash when plastic molding, high clamping force and increased power consumption and easy to make the mould and parts of transmission speeds up the damage, therefore, reasonably choose the clamping force is very important.

In the process of maintenance and repair, it is strictly forbidden to use metal tools to hammer any part in the mould to prevent the mold from being subjected to excessive impact, which can damage or reduce the quality of the plastic parts.

(4) there are many moving parts in the mould, the most important thing for the moving parts and maintenance is to provide good lubrication, and in production or succession, the lubrication condition of the sliding parts should pay special attention to, pay attention to keep a good lubrication.

When the mold is not used, the mould should be unloaded, coated with anti-rust oil, and stored in a safe place with dry and not easy to be hit. It is forbidden to place heavy objects on the mould.

If the injection molding machine is not used for a while, the mould on the injection molding machine should also be coated with anti-rust oil, and the mould should not be in the mold for a long time to prevent the deformation of some parts.
