How to assemble the guide and guide sleeve?
The assembly sequence of guide column and guide sleeve is as follows.
Clean the guide column and guide sleeve to remove burrs.
Apply a thin layer of lubricant to the fitting part of the assembly.
The actual dimensions of the guide column, guide sleeve and assembly hole are tested.If the volume is small, can be used to hammer the assembly;If the surplus is large, the pressure machine assembly shall be adopted.
(4) when the assembly should be the guide pin (or guide sleeve) into a hole part (about accounting for 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the assembly surface), then check and correction guide pin (or guide sleeve) combined with mould flat vertical degree.
The guide post and guide sleeve after assembly are checked and corrected.
