How to analyze and find the quality problem of injection blow molding hollow products?
(1) the structural dimensions of the billet are incomplete
The injection flux is insufficient and should be increased.
Potassium injection pressure should be increased due to low injection pressure and insufficient mold filling capacity.
The heating temperature of the cylinder should be increased because the plasticizing temperature of the material is low and the flux flow speed is not good.
The mounting position of the die parts shall be corrected if the spindle position is not correct.
If the mold temperature of billet is low or the temperature is not even, the mold temperature should be appropriately increased to make the temperature of all parts tend to be the same.
(2) the blank has flying edges
If the injection amount of liquid concentrate is too large, the injection amount should be appropriately reduced.
Potassium injection pressure is high and should be adjusted to reduce injection pressure.
The press molding mould quality is poor and should be maintained and adjusted.
The heating temperature of the cylinder shall be reduced due to the high temperature of the molten material.
(3) uneven thickness of mold blank
The mounting position of the core rod is not correct and should be adjusted.
The back pressure of the screw or the heating temperature of the cylinder should be increased due to the uneven temperature or low temperature of the furnace.
As the torque rod deforms, it should be repaired and replaced.
If the injection pressure is too high, the injection pressure of the molten material should be appropriately reduced.
(4) the appearance quality of the billet is poor
There are more general goods in the raw materials, and the appearance of the type blank has more stripes and less luster. The raw materials should be replaced with pure raw materials.
The heating temperature of the aluminum alloy cylinder should be increased because of the low temperature and the unbright appearance of the shaped billet.
(5) the quality of blown products is unstable
The thin thickness of the billet is not even, which causes the thin thickness of the blown products to be uneven and easy to break
(3) adjustment of the Chinese solution.
Balance blowing pressure is too large and should be appropriately reduced.
As the temperature of the expanding die is too high, it should be adjusted to lower the core rod and die temperature.
The inflating air inlet position is unreasonable and should be corrected.
(6) lack of gloss or difficulty in molds removal
The heating temperature control system of the mould should be adjusted or modified because the temperature of the mould is not uniform and the temperature difference of each part is large.
The forming surface of parliamentary molding mould contains foreign matter or non-bright and clean, which should be cleaned or ground and polished.
(7) the bottom of the product is white
The temperature of the blown mold is low, and the temperature of all parts of the mould should be adjusted uniformly.
The temperature of the furnace gate is low, so the temperature of the gate should be increased or the temperature of the material should be increased.
(8) deformation of neck of bottle mouth
The cooling cooling time is short after blown expansion, and should be extended appropriately.
The temperature at the neck of the molding mould is high, and the temperature should be reduced appropriately.
As the temperature of the torque rod is high, the temperature should be appropriately reduced.
The cooling circulating water temperature of the waste molds is high and the water temperature should be reduced.
