After injection molding, the surface of the plastic parts is made of ink and black strips along the surface of the plastic parts, which are carbon like burns, which is mainly due to the cleaning of the material cylinder or the mixing of debris.Plastic or mold cavity surface has flammable volatile or plastic quality, plastic moisture, hydrolysis and other factors.To eliminate the above phenomena, the following aspects should be addressed:
1) before the injection, the surface of the material tube and cavity should be cleaned carefully so that there is no debris and water.
2) before using plastic, remove impurities and use them after drying.
3) properly trim the mold exhaust system and minimize the locking force.
