How should gear pump of injection molding machine maintain when working?
1.The liquid transported by gear pump shall be filtered by 100 meshes through sieve. The liquid shall be clean and free of any impurities.
2.The connection between the long input shaft of parliamentary gear pump and the drive motor adopts elastic coupling, and the two shafts should find the right concentricity when assembling.
3.Before assembling the gear pump, all parts should be cleaned, and the gear pump after assembling should rotate flexibly without clamping or retardation.
4.Clean the tubing road before installation.
If the pump body temperature is too high, step off to check and troubleshoot.
5.A month after the first new operation of the oil delivery system of the methanol gear pump, the oil shall be removed, cleaned and replaced.
6.When removing or installing the oil pump, it is forbidden to directly hit the part with a hammer to avoid damaging the surface of the part and affecting the assembly quality.
7.The spare gear pump should be coated with oil and sealed with oil inlet and outlet.
