General classification of molds?
Molds can be divided into plastic molds and non-plastic molds.
(1) non-plastic mold
Direct flow mold -- faucet;
Parliamentary forging mould -- car body;
Press pressing die - computer panel;
Automation die-casting mould - cylinder body.
(2) plastic mold
Injection molding die - TV housing, keyboard buttons (most commonly used);
Potassium blowing mould -- beverage bottle;
Torque compression molding die - log switch;
Automation transfer molding molds -- integrated circuit products;
Flow extrusion molding mould -- glue tube, plastic bag;
Herring thermal mold -- transparent shaped packaging shell;
The soft rubber doll is used to rotate the material into shape.
