3, to track: focus on several important parts mould ejection, guiding role is to ensure that the mold opening and closing movement and plastic ejection, if any of these parts stuck due to injury, will lead to production, so often should keep the mould thimble, guide post lubrication (should choose the most suitable lubricant), and regularly check whether thimble, guide pin, etc the distortion and surface damage, once found, will change in time;After the completion of a production cycle, professional anti-rust oil should be applied to the mold's working surface, movement and guiding parts, and special attention should be paid to the protection of the elastic strength of the bearing part of the gear and rack mold and the spring mold to ensure that it is always in the best working state.With the continuous production time, the cooling channel is easy to deposit scale, rust, silt and algae, etc., so that the cooling channel section becomes smaller and the cooling channel becomes narrower, which greatly reduces the heat exchange rate between the cooling liquid and the mold and increases the production cost of the enterprise. Therefore, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the flow channel.For hot runner mould, the maintenance of heating and control system is very important to prevent production failure.Therefore, after the end of each production cycle, ohmmeter should be used to measure the belt heater, bar heater, heating probe and thermocouple on the mold. In case of any damage, it should be replaced in time and compared with the mold resume to make a record, so that problems can be found timely and countermeasures can be taken.
4. We should pay attention to the surface maintenance of the mold, which directly affects the surface quality of the product. The focus is to prevent rust corrosion.After finishing the production of the mold, the residual injection should be carefully removed by different methods according to different injection molds. The residual injection molding and other sediments in the mold can be removed with copper bar, copper wire and professional mold cleaner, and then dried.Forbid iron wire, steel bar and other hard objects to clean, so as not to scratch the surface.If there are rust spots caused by corrosive injection molding, use an grinder to grind and polish and spray professional rust prevention oil, and then store the mold in a dry, cool and dust-free place.
