Blow moulding how to demoulding?
The mold can be opened and the blow molding products can be taken out from the mold.Product demoulding equipment has not yet set, according to the type of product, product capacity, can be used as follows
Several ways.
(1) the operator takes the products directly from the mold by hand.
(1) for small bottle products, compressed air (below the blowing pressure) can be used to blow the products from inside the mold
Out, into conveyor belts or skateboards.
(3) the closed type blow molding products of pontoon type can use sliding insert to top out products.
(4) adopt mechanical connecting rod, air pressure driven off-formwork, in-mold ejection rod and other devices to push out blow molding products.
(5) clip the flanges or blanks of the blow molding products with the mechanical arm, take the products out of the mold and put them in the set position.The programmable manipulator can also be used to remove flying, cutting, assembling, packaging and other operations.
