MUD was originally adopted in countries in North America, mainly in the United States, Canada, and Colombia. 1. Pay attention to the tolerances of all mounting dimensions in the drawing.
2. All dimensions are in English to match the basic requirements for molds in North America.
3. The purpose of using MUD is to reduce costs, but not to reduce the mold requirements. Therefore, the heat treatment of the mold is necessary.
4. In most cases, the size of the plastic part is small and it is suitable for rapid die change.
