Set the mold, place the die, and clean all the holes and templates with the air gun.
Check the dimensions of each hole, focus on the depth and remove the burrs on the template.At the same time, check the screw holes of the lock shunt, and whether the central pin and the retainer hole are finished. The master of the first hot runner mold in this area often fails to do so.
The hot tip sealant and the upper step position are swept by the two parts.
Test the hot tip, then remove the check sealant to see if it is rubbed to red, and whether the steps touch the mold.If not, stop the installation, check the error reasons for adjustment, and ensure that the coordination is tight and tight.This process is careful not to touch the tip.
Put the hot tip in full, and install the center pad, center pin, anti - pin, and sweep red Dan on the plane.
Check the height of the plane and the center, and the error is within 0.05mm.
Test the shunt plate.Do not leak the hot tip sealing ring when installing the shunt.
Check the cooperation between the shunt plate and the hot tip, ensure that all the red Dan is met and the glue is not leaking.
Tidy up the hot tip, make it neat and beautiful, and number the lines in order, and plug the lines into the acne.
Will officially load spreader plate, locking shunt plate fixed screw (note must lock balance, keep the corners of the shunt board height consistent), control meson shunt plate above the plane of the frame around 0.10 0.15 mm, and then on the shunt board meson red lead.
Test the code template, check whether the plane meets the pion red Dan, and ensure that the template presses the shunt.
Lock the mould, set up the mould, and check whether the combination of gate and tip is met.The tip of the nozzle should be 0.1-0.2mm lower than the gate surface, and the tip should not be eccentric.Use multimeter to carefully examine each group of circuits, to achieve no short circuit, circuit, leakage, and so on, each line corresponding to correct, ensure all circuits are normal.
Connected to try heating thermostat, heating for the first time should be within 100 ℃, keep ten minutes preheated dehumidification, protect heater;Then, add the temperature to the required temperature, and then arrange the mold test for the hoisting mold.
