About our Company: was established in 1996. We have 2 shops, 1 for plastic mold making & plastic injection molding production. There are 5CNC machines, 8 EDM machines and 10 drilling machines for mold making. 15 sets injection molding machines from 60T to 500T. for short-run production, include metal & plastic prototyping by CNC machining, rapid tooling, such as aluminum soft tool and small quantity aluminum die casting + CNC secondary operation, silicone mold vacuum casting for plastic. There are 15sets CNC machines and 3 sets vacuum casting machines.
Our company has strong technical force, advanced technical equipment, complete testing means and scientific quality management.
Design Definition Requirements
1.Mold basic info,sample;
2.Plastic components function;
3.2D drawing(weight) or 3D drawing;
4.Quantity or technical requirements;
5.Annuallyforcast or MFQ;
6.Surface treatment requirements, sample is better;
7.other key point.
How to place an order?
1. Contact our sales staff to confirm the design and price.
2. Reach an agreement, then will send PI and please arrange payment.
3. Arrange the mold and samples to confirm the quality, mold will take about 25-40 days.
4. Production arranged after sample approved.
5. Take photos for the customer and arrange the balance payment.
7. Arrange shipment, by UPS, or by air, by sea, will depend on the real situation.
8. Subsequent service.
