Q: About the lead time?
A: For sample order, it cost 3-5 days before you receive it by DHL. For bulk products, it costs 10-20 days less than 3000 pcs.
Q: Can I have a sample even preproduction before I send you the order?
A: Yes, Samples could be sent for evaluation at any time, but freight is on your treat.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Sample and small order(<1000 pcs)will be delivered in 1-3 days after receipt of payment. For the bulk orders, the leading time will depend on the order quantities and requirements.
Q: Do you accept to do OEM?
A: Yes, we support OEM/ODM, but have MOQ requirement for OEM/ODM orders.
Q: Is there any discount for bulk orders?
A: Yes, bulk orders are welcomed. And we will be glad to offer you better price discounts based on your quantity. So please contact us when you need to place large order quantities or customized products.
