Q: How do we control the mold processing?
A: We will send the processing report and mold processing pictures every week to the customer.
Q: What is your lead time?
A: For injection mold, generally it is 25-50 days as the product's structure is different to the lead time also different. For injection molding parts, 5-10 days for small order, we will discuss if more.
Q: Do you offer extended molding services such as assembly, packaging, or decorating?
A: We routinely provide assembly work, ultrasonic welding, heat staking, CNC machining, printing, painting, plating and packaging options.
Q: How many kinds of molds can you make?
A: We can make many kinds of molds, such as plastic injection molds, stamping molds, die casting molds and silicone rubber molds. Besides, we also can produce the final parts for you.
Q: I have a sample, but don't have drawing, what can I do?
A: Please send us some photos of the samples, we will evaluate. If we can produce it, we will ask samples from you and we will make drawings according to your samples.
