Q1: How about the samples?
A: After mold finished, We will make some samples for you to check as soon as we finish the mold and then deliver the samples for you to check.
Q2: How about the mould modify?
A: You can tell us your comment about the samples after you receive them.If there is any dimension different from the drawing,we will modify the mold for free in our side and then make the new samples.
Q3: How about the proprietary rights of the plastic injection mold?
A: Customer paid the mould so it all belong to Customer.
Q4. What material is best for my product?
A. Material usage depends on the part and what its function.We are happy to discuss the alternative options and suggest alternative materials.
Q5. What type of mold do I need?
A. Molds include plastic injection mold,silicon mold,vacuum forming mold,die casting mold and punch mold.We will provide the right solutions to you.

Q9:How about your mold payment terms?
A : Mold payment terms:40%-30%-30%.The first payment is when you sign the order,you should pay us 40% of the total value;the second payment is when you receive our sample product,you should pay us 30% of the total value;the last payment is when we deliver the mold for you,you should pay off the balance payment,30% of the total value.
