The structure of PAR is similar to that of PC, its performance is roughly the same, and it can be molded by
the same mold, but the density of aromatic rings on the main chain of PAR is high, which makes PAR better
in heat resistance than PC, and its heat distortion temperature is 20~40°C higher than that of PC, and its
resistance Excellent UV resistance and creep resistance. But the elongation at break and impact resistance
are not as good as polycarbonate.
