Q: Is it possible to get samples to see your quality?FAQ
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a sample which we have in our stock, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
Q: How long does it take to customize the sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, if we already have the mold in our factory, the samples will be ready in 10-15 working days;
If we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 15-20 working days; The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account number or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q: How long does it take for mass production?
A: It largely depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. As usual, 20-35working days will be ok. If you are very urgent, we will try our best to do it.
Q: What is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept FOB, CFR, CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, or 30% pre T/T 70% balance before shipment.
