At ABIS, All new programs are entered into APQP as soon as the purchase order is received. A team will be assigned to review all steps of the project from tool design through work cell assignment, continuing on to the customer's first production run. Before mold building, Our teams will evaluate your part deign to give you the proactive comments, such us Cooling, Venting, Gating, Cavity/Core sticking concerns, Short Shot possibility, Thin steel conditions, etc. also our engineers will assist in improving the part design and optimizing the mold design to save your cost
FAQ
Q. I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A: You can supply us a molding sample, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.
Q. Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A: If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker.We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.
Q. What is your payment terms?
A: Mold Payment: 40% deposit by T/T in advance, 30% second mold payment before sending out the first trial samples, 30% mold balance after you agree the final samples.
B:Production Payment: 50% deposit in advance, 50% before sending out the final goods.
Q: How do you make our business long-term and good relationship?

Q: What should we do if we receive defective products?
A: If receive defective product, please send us the photos, we will feedback to our engineers and QC departments and solve the problems ASAP.
Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A:
1).For moulds, we will be coated one-layer anti-rust oil first,and then also will be covered thin films on the mould, finally pack into fumigation wooden case.
2).And as to products, we will pack into standard export cartons or as per customer’s request to pack.
Q: Does your company make mould by yourself?
A: Yes,we are manufacture with about decade yeas of moulding experience.
Q: What is the software you will use to check the drawing?And what is format of drawing you can check?
A: Our designers and engineers all use VISI and UG to check 2D and 3D drawings.
We can check the drawing with PDF, AI, DWG, STP or IGS formats.
