Q1. How can I get a quotation of plastic injection molding?
A: As soon as we received your sample, design or detail request, we will offer you a quotation with detail information. As usually it needs 1~3 days. If you are urgent, please inform us particularly.
Q2. How do you control your products quality ?
A: 1. We have inspection system for every step, including the material.
2. We will offer final products sample to you for checking.
Q3. Are you a manufacture ?
A: Yes, we have a factory, welcome to visit us.
Q4. Do you reject small order ?
A: No, we won't do that, we believe that every big business starts from small business, it is our honor to have your trust and produce for you.
Q5. How long is the lead-time for mold?
A: It depends on the mold's size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25~35days. If the molds are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 15 days.
Q6. I have no 3D drawing, how should I start the new project?
A: You can supply us a sample, we will help you finish the 3D drawing design.
Q7. Before shipment, how to make sure the products are qualified?
A: You can come to site inspection, or ask a third party to do that. And we will take videos and pictures of production process detail include process report, products size ,structure and surface detail, packing detail to you, whatever you request.
Q8. Can you produce the plastic goods for me.
A: Yes, we can. We can produce the plastic goods for you after the moulds are done, we have injection machines
Q9. What is the payment term.
A: As usually, 40% deposit in advance after the order is confirmed, another 40% payment after the samples are approved, the balance of 20% payment before shipping. But that is also can be discussed.
But if for plastic goods order, 30% deposit in advance, the balance of 70% payment before goods shipping.
