4.Q: How do you suggest we proceed?

For customized parts we need to make mold for it and you have to pay for the mold fee.
The mold belongs to you and we will keep it well for next time use.
(Step1: Make tooling first. Step2: Produce and confirm samples. Step3: Mass production.)

5.Q: How can I get some samples?
A: 1. We are offer you samples by express usual. The samples are free but customers are expected to pay the freight cost.
2. Regarding the courier cost: (three methods)
(1) You could arrange a RPI (remote pickup) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT etc. to have the sample collected.
(2) Inform us your express freight collect account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local express company.
(3) Transfer the cost to us in advance, the samples will be sent after receiving the payment.
