After assemble and clear mold, we paint anti-rust or grease on mold, then cover it with thin film and place it into a stable wooden box.
For plastic product: with clear and transparent plastic bag first, therafter place several bags into carton.
For aluminum product: the first thing is to wrap each part up with semi-transparent thin foam and put it into plastic bag, the second step is place them into cartons with thin sponge plates to provent scratches.

Q : How long is the lead-time for mold?
A: It all depends on the mold’s size and complexity. Normally, the lead time is 25 - 35days.
If the molds are very simple and not big size, we can work out within 15 days.

C:Installation solution and maintenance instruction
Q: Before shipment, how to make sure the products quality?
A:If you don't come to our factory and also don't have the third party for inspection, we will be as your inspection worker. We will supply you a video for production process detail include process report, products size ,structure and surface detail, packing detail and so on.
Q: Can you do post production?
