Those five products in one mold. Just one product need two lift stuctures. so note that the lift moving angle is normally 3-8 °, less than 15 °.and the ejection stroke need to additional 0.5-1mm.also the width of the lift is relatively small, and an additional frame is added to the ejector plate to shorten the height of the lift to ensure strength. we make three shut runner inserts for the situation what we just want to production one of them.
This mold's cooling system is running very fast because of two short distance water line.
you can see the different part size made the different runner size. its for balance injeciton.
Each product draft angle analysis for avoid sticking cavity inssures.
